Michelle (Mason) and Nick Cannariato Prayer Update, Thursday, May 13, noon

Michelle and her family met with the cardiovascular surgeon from Scripps on Wednesday.  The surgery is scheduled for Thursday, May 20, with an angiogram at the hospital the day before.  We ask for prayer for pain she is having on her right side and for rest.

The day was a really long day and exhausting.  The family was told that the tumor, called an atrial myxoma, goes across the mitral valve. Please ask God that there will be no damage to the mitral valve, so they won't have to do a replacement, which has it’s own complications.  Prayers for the surgeon, the team and the whole family are greatly appreciated.

Michelle and Nick worshiped the Lord with us last Sunday, May 9, here at Paseo del Rey Church. God’s people rose up with a warm and loving welcome and thanks to God for His healing work in all our lives. It was so great to have Mr. and Mrs. Cannariato with us in church for the first time as a married couple!

The Cannariatos and Masons thank you for lifting them up in prayer, love and support.

Hear my cry, O God; listen to my prayer.  From the ends of the earth I call to you, I call as my heart grows faint; lead me to the rock that is higher than I.  For you have been my refuge, a strong tower against the foe.  I long to dwell in your tent forever and take refuge in the shelter of your wings.  Psalm 61.1-4
