Michelle (Mason) and Nick Cannariato prayer update, Saturday, May 29, 11am

Michelle is home, safe, sound and recovering!

God has been so gracious and has answered so many prayers on her behalf.  Our family is grateful for the offerings of support, prayer, practical needs and the outpouring of love for Michelle, Nick and the rest of us. It has been a road that we would never want to go down again but we are better for it and our faith has been strong in the Hope of our Lord.

Today there are two memorial services only one of which we can attend but wish we could the other.  My Aunt Dorothy passed away this week in her sleep, a long time believer and the other is a 24 year old girl, a friend of the family killed in an auto accident, again a believer.

God has been gracious to us today and we are grateful beyond belief but our Hope is not in just the immediate but in the future when we all meet the Lord.  Our prayers go out to those still in need and struggling, for Patty, Vicky, Connie, Agnes, Denee' and Chuck, our hearts are with you.

Therefore we do not lose heart. Though outwardly we are wasting away, yet inwardly we are being renewed day by day.  For our light and momentary troubles are achieving for us an eternal glory that far outweighs them all.  So we fix our eyes not on what is seen, but on what is unseen. For what is seen is temporary, but what is unseen is eternal.

2 Corinthians 4.16-18
