Michelle (Mason) and Nick Cannariato Prayer Update, Saturday, May 15, 3pm

Good news in that the cardiologist and surgeon decided they didn't want to risk doing the invasive angiogram this Wednesday, May 19. Instead they scheduled Michelle to have a CAT SCAN angiogram yesterday in Vista.

This is good news on two accounts: Michelle avoids the risky invasive angiogram, and she doesn’t have to check into the hospital for her open heart surgery until Thursday morning, May 20, an hour or so before her surgery.

WOW!!! This was all done and set up within an hour by different insurance groups, doctors and laboratories. Kaiser, Scripps and the CAT SCAN center that is equipped for Angiograms opened up the appointment for her. There are prayer warriors out there being heard.  Thank you Lord.

Michelle did well through the CAT SCAN and other tests yesterday in preparation for the surgery, but she’s really exhausted. Pray for good rest, peace and God’s loving hands on she and Nick, and the whole family.

(Michelle’s surgery will include repairing a hole in heart and removing the tumor, called an atrial myxoma. This tumor goes across the mitral valve. Please ask God that there will be no damage to the mitral valve, so they won't have to do a replacement, which has it’s own complications.  Prayers for the surgeon, the team and the whole family are greatly appreciated.)

Clap your hands, all you nations; shout to God with cries of joy. How awesome is the LORD Most High, the great King over all the earth!
