General Job Description
The Student Ministry Leader will oversee all aspects of the student ministry, developing a fun, safe and caring environment where students can connect with God and one another. This person will shepherd, love and nurture our junior high and high school students (7-12th grade), reach out to other students who don’t yet know Jesus, and teach Biblical truth in an accessible way. The Student Ministry Leader will work with the staff and elder teams in promoting and implementing the vision of Paseo del Rey Church. While seeking to integrate students into the life of the wider church family, this person will also assist in the broader ministry of the church.

Compensation
Hourly, part-time position (20-30 hours per week, TBD) – approximately $13.50/hour – no benefits
